Installation guide for St.George PayWay payment gateway with your WHMCS
Installation Steps
Download the Module:
Obtain the module tar.gz file from your purchase confirmation email or the download link provided after your purchase.
Extract the Files:
Extract the compress file to your local computer. You should see folders named according to different PHP versions (e.g., php74, php80, php82).
Select the Appropriate PHP Version Folder:
Identify the PHP version your WHMCS installation is using. You can check this by logging into your WHMCS Admin Panel and navigating to Help > System Health Status.
Choose the folder that matches your PHP version (e.g., php74 for PHP 7.4, php80 for PHP 8.0, or php82 for PHP 8.2).
Upload the Module Files to WHMCS:
Connect to your web hosting server using FTP or a file manager (e.g., cPanel File Manager).
Navigate to your WHMCS root directory (the directory where your WHMCS is installed).
Upload the contents of the selected PHP version folder to the following path:

Activate the Module in WHMCS:
Log in to your WHMCS Admin Panel.
Go to Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways.
Click on the “All Payment Gateways” tab and locate “PayWay St George Bank” from the list.
Click the “Activate” button next to it.
Configure the Module:
Once activated, click on the “Configure” button.
Enter your St George Bank Merchant Account details, including:
Merchant ID and API Key (provided by St George Bank)
Any other required credentials
Adjust other settings as needed (e.g., Accepted Credit Card Types, Test Mode).
Set Up the Currency and Payment Options:
Ensure your WHMCS installation has the correct currencies enabled for St George Bank to process payments.
Go to Setup > Payments > Currencies to configure them if needed.
Test the Integration:
Create a test invoice or order in your WHMCS to verify that payments are processed correctly through the St George Bank module.
Ensure you complete a test payment using the module and check if the payment status updates correctly in WHMCS.
Final Verification:
Check the “Payment Gateway Log” in WHMCS (Billing > Gateway Log) to confirm that transactions are processed without errors.
If everything works as expected, the module installation is complete!
